Winter spells is an ongoing performance project that examines the hag figure in British folklore through the traditions of ritual, magic, and performance. Winter Spells explores the seasonal plants, foods, and rituals native to British folk tradition.

In December as Moon births Sun and we begin a new cycle. In flame and ash and evergreen we see the hag.
